Sales Team Development
We have a 25 plus year relationship with Consultative Resources Corporation (CRC) ranging from being a client in the ’80s to a currently serving as Managing Director and President after having purchased CRC in 2010.
CRC works with sales organizations in two arenas.
One way is training and coaching sales people for the face to face interactions that they have with their clients and prospective clients. This includes Communications Skills, Problem Solving Skills, Meeting Management Skills, and Relationship Building Skills.
Another way is working with the sales management team to develop their leadership, management, and teambuilding skills to effectively influence both their internal and external clients.
We increasingly find ourselves working with other internal teams that the sales team rely on to foster better internal operations organization wide.
